What the first version does

A private workspace for each group

Sign up, name the group, and the schedule stays inside it. Another group cannot see your shifts, people, or audit log.

Open shifts with a human approval

Schedulers post the date, site, time, provider type, and number of spots. Providers request them. Pending, approved, denied, and working stay distinct.

Approvals stay put

An import or a duplicate cleanup can never cancel an approved assignment. Only a scheduler can change one, and only after confirming.

Rules you can read on the calendar

Set the needed count and the maximum per day. Optionally allow one extra person only when at least one is a chosen provider type. Short and overbooked days are marked.

A feed you control

Each group gets its own API key. A generic list of summaries and dates comes back as a review. Nothing is applied until someone says so.

Built for a phone in a call room

The board refreshes about every 30 seconds, and there is a Refresh button when you do not want to wait. It can be installed on a phone.
